The footage is must probably in Bayreuth, where she ran the annual Bayreuth Festival. Winifred was a friend, supporter and admirer of Adolf Hitler, and she never recanted her admiration until the day of her death, in 1980.

On the Accusation that Hitler Snubbed Jesse Owens

The “official” version regarding Jesse Owens’ involvement at the 1936 Olympic Games in Berlin says that Hitler, very upset and humiliated when Owens won four gold medals, left the stadium to avoid congratulating Owens. As shown in this video, the truth is quite a bit different. From Jesse Owens himself, “When I passed, the Chancellor rose, greeted me with his hand, and I returned the signal. I think reporters were wrong to criticize the man of the hour in Germany.”
